We aim to reply within two working days. Occasionally something takes longer, usually because it needs checking rather than because it has been forgotten.
Good reasons to write
- Corrections. Tell us the article and what is wrong. If you are right, we will change the piece and add a note saying we did.
- Story tips. Tech, music, sport, cars or life — if it is interesting and it is true, we want to hear it.
- Press releases and review products, on the understanding that receiving something buys our attention and nothing more.
- Feedback. Including the unflattering kind. It is more useful than the other kind.
